Earth Day Special: Hawaiian 'Ulu Earrings

tidepoollove

The Hawaiian 'Ulu earrings debut in honor of April (Native Hawaiian Plant Month) and Earth Day! The 'ulu (breadfruit) is one of the original plants brought by canoe by the first Polynesians who sailed to Hawaii. Thus, the 'ulu is often referred to as a "canoe plant". The fruit can be eaten in all stages of maturity and is a staple for the Native Hawaiian people. The sap of the 'ulu was used to caulk the canoes and the wood from the tree was used to make portions of the canoes used in navigation.  We are so excited to debut the 'ulu stud earrings, and will offer a 20% off discount while supplies last. Carved and cast out of solid sterling silver, then heavily dipped in over 2.5 microns of 14k gold.
